Park Alameda Dom Afonso Henriques
Alameda D. Afonso Henriques, located in one of the most emblematic residential neighborhoods of the capital, surrounded by an architecture called Português Suave (30-40 Sec. XXI), is a park built in honor of the first king of Portugal, D. Afonso Henriques.
This is where the red and green lines of the Lisbon metro, Alameda station, intersect. It is the place in Lisbon where the International Labor Day is normally celebrated.
